A company of three, trying to do something very large
Shanghai Apahuh Technology Co., Ltd. is based in Shanghai. We believe technology can change where profit flows — not by making the strong stronger, but by stopping the people who do the work from losing out.
What we do
Turning “distribution” into a system that actually runs
Our work has three layers. At the bottom, making a business’s numbers add up — Minimal ERP addresses the fact that solo founders and micro-enterprises often cannot say whether they are making money at all.
In the middle, making demand manageable — once demand is captured, decomposed and aggregated in a structured way, production no longer depends on a middleman’s guesswork and inventory dumping.
On top, distributing profit by contribution — our end goal, and where the company name comes from. It can only be honoured once the first two layers genuinely work.
Where the name comes from
APAHUH, from “all peace and harmony under heaven”
All peace and harmony under heaven.
APAHUH is an acronym of that English phrase — All Peace And Harmony Under Heaven. 阿帕乎 is its Chinese transliteration, and its meaning is exactly 天下大同: a world held in common.
We chose the name because it states the goal precisely: not to build better software, but to make the value that gets produced be distributed more fairly.

Make the books add up
Minimal ERP is live and in use, covering orders, collections, bookkeeping, vouchers and reports. This stage serves micro-enterprise owners themselves.

Make demand manageable
Build C2B-oriented demand capture and decomposition, so the production side can see real demand directly rather than relying on a middleman’s order relay.
- Goal Long-term
Send the profit back
On a foundation of transparent demand, build a settlement mechanism that pays by actual contribution, so disadvantaged producer groups get what they earned.

What we do not do
No channel monopolies
Our tools are meant to weaken, not strengthen, the grip middlemen have on pricing power. If a product ends up making intermediaries stronger, we got it wrong.
No promises we cannot keep
No vision statements without a delivery path, and no projects whose capability boundaries we cannot describe.
