Two thousand years ago a Chinese writer described an ideal society like this: let what has been produced not go to waste, and let labour not be spent for oneself alone. It describes, almost word for word, what we are trying to build.
Business today works on a different logic. Distribution is king. Pricing power sits with whoever is closest to the consumer, while the producers who carry most of the labour and the risk take the thinnest slice of the margin.
We do not believe that arrangement is inevitable. Once demand is captured, decomposed and managed accurately, a supply chain no longer has to be monopolized by its middlemen — producers can organize around real demand, and profit can be split according to actual contribution.

Things you might be wondering
You are only 3 people — can you deliver enterprise projects?
We deliver as a product company with a small team: core capability lives in the existing product, and custom work is limited to genuine differences rather than starting from zero with more hands. Before a project starts we write down our capability boundaries, scope and timeline, and we say so when something is out of reach.
How is Minimal ERP different from off-the-shelf inventory software?
Most competing products sell a feature list. We are trying to solve “can the owner understand the business in 10 minutes”. So the default flow is very short and the fields are few, and the reports answer two questions directly: how much did we make this month, and who owes me money. Complexity is available when you need it, not in your way from day one.
How far along is “putting profit back to producers”?
It has three stages. First, make a small business’s books add up — done, that is Minimal ERP. Second, manage demand so the production side can see real demand. Third, build the settlement mechanism that distributes by contribution. We do not describe work we have not done as if it were done.
