Our principle is to build only the differences that genuinely matter. We first check whether your need can be met by configuration — if it can, we do not write code. That saves you money and keeps the system upgradable.

FAQ
How does the custom version relate to the SaaS version?
Same core product. SaaS is the multi-tenant cloud service; the custom version deploys that core into your own environment with targeted changes. The functional core stays the same, so your customization does not become an island only we can maintain.
Can you guarantee delivery within X weeks?
Where scope and acceptance criteria are clear, we state the timeline in writing in the proposal. If you add requirements mid-project, we re-estimate and confirm in writing rather than quietly slipping.
Do you support the system after delivery?
Delivery includes a month of hands-on support. After that you can buy annual maintenance, or pay per engagement when you need us. No forced bundling.
Do you take very urgent or very small projects?
We will, but if the standard SaaS version already solves your problem we will say so — there is no reason to pay for customization. And if we genuinely cannot help, we will tell you that too.
